Sharing audit results with your team
Two options today: invite teammates into the workspace, or export a PDF, Excel, or PPTX. Public share links are not currently available.
Invite teammates into the workspace
Invite teammates directly from Settings > Team. Invited users get access according to their role and can review audit history inside the product instead of relying on forwarded screenshots.
Team access is the best option when collaborators need to compare audits, rerun checks, or inspect findings interactively. Owners and admins can manage who has access from the Team settings page.
Export a report for external sharing
If someone does not need access to the workspace, export a PDF, Excel workbook, or PPTX deck from a completed audit and send the file through your usual client or internal workflow.
Every export format is available to you. PDF, Excel, and PPTX are all included.
Current limitations
Public share links and anonymous read-only audit views are not the default collaboration path today. If you need an externally shareable artifact, use an export or add the recipient as a team member where appropriate.
Team permissions still apply inside the workspace. External recipients do not inherit workspace permissions just because they receive a file.
